About Me

Abigail grew up in Pittsburgh,PA before embarking on a journey out west to Portland, Oregon. The first time Abigail experienced an alternative form of healing outside of her families traditions was at an acupuncture clinic when she was 11. Since then, it sparked a whole new journey for her and a whole new outlook on the world of health. Abigail loves to workout, do yoga, volunteer with the houseless in Portland as an herbalist, and be a student of life. Abigail is an avid learner with an eye for connecting with others. Abigail also loves to travel and immerse herself in different cultures while enjoying the local cuisine, chatting with the locals, exploring the land, and learning about the healthcare systems in each country. Abigail is set out to make an inspiring impact on the integrative health field with an eager mindset and a passionate heart.
